Copyright Ownership

The copyright of all materials published in IJISM is owned by the ISC institution. This ownership applies to all forms of published content, including but not limited to figures, illustrations, charts, tables, photographs, and any extracts or derivatives of the text.

By submitting a manuscript to IJISM, the author grants the ISC institution the irrevocable right to reproduce, edit, adapt, and publish the work in any format or medium, after completion of the editorial and peer-review processes.

The ISC institution is further authorized to manage the published works and make them permanently accessible to readers and the academic community through print, electronic, and online platforms.

The ISC institution reserves the right to take appropriate action and make final decisions in cases involving any form of scientific or literary misconduct, including plagiarism, data fabrication, falsification, duplicate publication, or other breaches of publication ethics. This may include correction, retraction, or removal of the published article, in accordance with internationally accepted ethical guidelines.

Authors retain their moral rights, including the right to be properly acknowledged as the creators of their work. Authors may also use their published articles for non-commercial academic and educational purposes (such as inclusion in personal or institutional repositories), provided that proper citation to IJISM and the ISC institution is clearly indicated.

Authors are solely responsible for the originality, accuracy, and integrity of the content of their submissions and for ensuring that the manuscript does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
