Abstract

Mental health problems have become one of the global health burdens, according to the reports from World Health Organization in 2020. By realizing the potential increase in mental health problems worldwide, the encouragement of help-seeking behaviour is pivotal to tackling the issue of mental health. Thus, this study aims to present the bibliometric analysis of help-seeking behaviour for mental health problems focusing on employees by using the Scopus database. The specific keywords and terms that fulfill the criteria related to this study were executed. In general, this study found that the research trends in help-seeking behaviour are growing but still lack empirical evidence that can help fully understand the scenario in the work context.
